Yes. You can continue on this device only and use the core local Purchase Memory experience without signing in.
No. Cloud Backup is disabled by default. Signing in does not automatically enable backup or upload your local purchase history.
You can restore it or start fresh. Starting fresh does not overwrite the existing cloud backup while Cloud Backup remains disabled.
Premium cloud backup is optional. If local data and an existing cloud backup both exist, Purchase Memory can offer Restore & Merge before you choose to replace the cloud backup.
Your local data is not uploaded until you explicitly enable Cloud Backup.
Turning Cloud Backup off stops new backup activity but does not itself delete the cloud copy.
If your Premium subscription has ended, you need an active Premium entitlement before restoring an available cloud backup.
